T-Fal OT8065002 Avante Elite Toaster Oven Review
I have the convection toaster oven and at first I was intimidated by the size and all the functions. I don’t cook, so it’s taking me a while to use it for all that it can do. However, my first toasting episode (bagel) was fantastic, evenly browned. The display is easy to use, and after reading the manual one time, you can remember the procedure to cook most anything. I like the fact that it is large enough for an 11 inch pizza. I like the Freschetta thin crust frozen pizza and it just fits and cooks perfectly. It cooks different than my oven, too. And boy, the savings on gas due to not using my oven, and not heating up the house unnecesarily. I know I will eventually use it for more items. I did use it for a chicken from the supermarket (precooked) and it heated up thoroughly through and through. The trays go in and out easily for cleaning. I haven’t used the top feature yet, but I highly recommend this toaster oven based on my use so far. Oh, and it beeps when the timer you set for the food runs out, which is a nice feature.
Highly Recommend this, and I’ve been through a long list of disaster toaster ovens. Consumer Reports liked this one too.
